Key Requirements
8–10+ years of manufacturing experience
Bachelor’s degree required
strong command of cGMPs
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation
Demonstrated change management capability
Successful leadership within WCM, TPM, Six Sigma, or Lean frameworks
Experience managing and enforcing HACCP principles
Full knowledge of OSHA regulations
Solid experience with manufacturing equipment
Advanced leadership in continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
