Job Summary

  • The N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services provides services that promote and improve agriculture, agribusiness, and forests; protect consumers and businesses; and conserve farmland and natural resources for the prosperity of all North Carolinians.
  • The Benefits Administrator will provide a comprehensive introduction to the agency through new employee orientation and support the Benefits Manager with various leave programs and compliance guidance.
  • This position also provides administrative support to the Safety Director in managing Workers’ Compensation activities and assists with special projects and training initiatives as needed.
