Base: $78,000 - $84,400 per year; Bonus/Equity: annual bonus available (variable depending on performance); Benefits: Competitive benefit package including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off

Key Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree
• Graduation within 24 months of program start
• Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Management, Business or Business Administration, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture preferred
• AutoCAD experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership potential preferred
