Job Summary

  • This position is required to provide information, referrals, follow-up and outreach to military service members and their families in accordance with National Guard Bureau regulations.
  • Essential functions include serving as an assistant in accomplishing all objectives of the SFRP for the Army National Guard to maximize Soldier retention and Family readiness.
  • The role involves providing information resource referral and non-medical administrative case management across all essential services, including Crisis, Legal, Financial, TRICARE, and more.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of professional or technical administrative experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel and attend required training
  • Obtain and maintain a T3 security clearance
  • Favorable NCIC/OSBI background check
  • Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
