This position is required to provide information, referrals, follow-up and outreach to military service members and their families in accordance with National Guard Bureau regulations.
Essential functions include serving as an assistant in accomplishing all objectives of the SFRP for the Army National Guard to maximize Soldier retention and Family readiness.
The role involves providing information resource referral and non-medical administrative case management across all essential services, including Crisis, Legal, Financial, TRICARE, and more.
