Job Summary
The Co-op Program is designed to provide practical construction industry experience, the chance to work on value-added projects, connect with a mentor, and network with senior leaders.
Co-ops will be assigned specific project responsibilities and daily activities to experience the industry firsthand, with supervisors structuring work to facilitate learning and project contribution.
Upon completion of each summer term, Kokosing hosts a Co-op Capstone Event where co-ops present their learning and experiences, meet senior management, and participate in industry-showcasing activities.
