• Providing engaging, sincere, personalized service is one of the ways our Luxury Arrival Experience colleagues are turning moments into special memories for our guests at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the VIP arrival experience by ensuring all service standards are followed from the point of arrival at the Front Door, porterage and room experience.

Salary

Starting Rate of Pay: $25.55 per hour; After 6 months and yearly to three years, pay rate increases to $26.20 at three years; Benefits: Subsidized staff accommodation, complimentary meal, Employee Travel Program, Hotel leisure benefits
