Job Summary

  • You will join a global team of experts driven to excel and realize values-driven change for our internal clients, customers, colleagues, and communities.
  • As a key member of the Corporate Legal team within the highly-regarded Legal, Ethics, & Compliance department, you’ll handle a variety of legal and governance matters, working with senior attorneys and corporate governance professionals to support public company compliance and governance excellence.
  • In this role, you’ll grow your knowledge and skills by working in close partnership with team members located mostly in the area and teams across Booz Allen, including Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and People Services, to successfully navigate legal and governance issues.
