Radware is seeking an HR Business Partner for an 8-month maternity leave replacement, focusing on supporting the Products & Services organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth tech environments, a strong understanding of Israeli labor laws, and exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace culture

Job Summary

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to managers by building strong relationships, understanding business goals, and providing strategic HR support, including participation in organizational planning and team structure decisions.
  • Handle employee relations with care and use feedback tools like casual 1:1s and exit interviews to help build a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
  • Make sure HR practices follow Israeli labor laws and company policies, handle employment paperwork, including termination processes, and work closely with Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams on related HR tasks.
