Job Summary

  • Oversees and performs facilities maintenance tasks for buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company requirements for building standards, health and safety, statutory compliance, and overall asset functionality.
  • Assigns and ensures completion of work orders, diagnoses defects, and makes repairs in accordance with policies, procedures, and safety standards, while also monitoring building services to ensure equipment reaches its expected lifespan.
  • Works with external stakeholders, manages contractors, ensures property compliance, and supports cost-cutting programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
