Corvias Corporate Services is seeking a Superintendent I for their commercial/multifamily construction projects in Fort Meade, MD. The ideal candidate will have construction field experience, preferably in commercial or multifamily projects, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Summary
The Superintendent I serves as an emerging field leader supporting subcontractor coordination, daily planning, inspections, and safety enforcement while developing independent jobsite leadership capability.
Primary responsibilities include supporting Senior and General Superintendents, assisting with short-interval planning, and promoting and enforcing Corvias’ Zero Tolerance Safety Standard on site.
