Must-have
Proficient in MS Excel data analysis
Experience with workplace management systems
Knowledge of ISO9001 principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Working towards AAT finance qualification
Experience with CAFM/IWMS platforms
Previous facilities management background
Helpdesk duties experience
Training staff capabilities
Key Requirements
Recognised finance qualification (preferably AAT)
Excellent computer and IT competencies
Previous administration experience in facilities management
