Job Summary
The position is responsible to manage site supervision of all instrument and electrical projects works for both online and shutdown projects.
Responsible for progress of all construction activities within Instrument & Electrical discipline and to prepare for & participate in pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR).
Ensure that all activities and works in the area of responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements of QAFCO and the relevant Authorities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrument/Electronic/Control Engineering
Minimum 10 years relevant experience
Proven project experience in managing field instrumentation
Experience with switchboards, transformers, PLCs, UPS
Knowledge of network architecture and protocols
Knowledge of hazardous area standards (NEC/IEC/ATEX)
