Job Summary
Develop and maintain a local customer base, train catering managers, and produce Banquet Event Orders for all events.
Generate revenue, provide excellent personal service, and coordinate groups and events throughout the facility.
Prepare, present, and manage the revenue and marketing expense budget, and plan and oversee the Catering budget, contracts, billing, and event execution.
