• The Effectiveness Solutions Partner plays a key role in supporting the design, operationalization, and delivery of team effectiveness solutions and organizational health programs across the enterprise.
• This role partners closely with the OE team and collaborates with RTX to support and co-deliver enterprise solutions, while also helping to build and execute Raytheon-specific programs.
• The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD, with potential eligibility for benefits and incentive compensation programs.
