Job Summary
This role offers the best of both worlds by combining the autonomy of community-based nursing with the clinical challenge of caring for patients with acute, inpatient-level needs.
Team members are asked to commit to a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including two weekend days, to support patients across the South/West Region.
The position involves delivering care traditionally provided in an inpatient setting directly in the patient's home, utilizing remote monitoring and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing
Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
