Must-have
5-8+ years relevant working experience
1-3+ years leading engineering teams
Deep expertise in DBT, Airflow, Snowflake
Experience with AWS native services
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proven track record in data governance
Nice-to-have
Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience
Familiarity with data observability tools
Knowledge of visualization and BI tools
Experience with Databricks or SageMaker
Understanding of R&D commercial processes
Certifications in Snowflake or AWS
Key Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or STEM
8+ years in engineering roles with increasing responsibility
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineers
