The incumbent must supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and assist nursing departments with training Restorative Aides while following state practice acts.
Responsibilities include recording detailed documentation per PT Board State Practice Act and participating in discharge planning and rehabilitation conferences.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
