The Program Manager GSL will be responsible for managing the program of projects within their assigned Geographic Service Location (GSL) for the Defence Estate Works Program (EWP).
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with key regional stakeholders, overseeing project delivery, coordinating prioritisation, managing estate risk, and providing accurate reporting.

Key Requirements
Baseline Clearance or ability to obtain
Degree in a relevant property-related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience or 12+ years with education
At least 7 years in Design, Construction, Project Management, or business management
Extensive program management experience
Strong knowledge of advanced program control techniques
Demonstrated success aligning program objectives with strategic goals
Proven leadership in budget development and implementation
