Job Summary
This role is critical for ensuring the safety, security, and regulatory compliance of the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project's industrial control systems.
The incumbent will perform field verification of cyber assets, coordinate with engineering and commissioning teams, and validate security controls before system energization.
The position requires working on-site in Duba, Saudi Arabia, on an 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF rotation schedule.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10-15 years OT experience
3+ years ICS cybersecurity design
Saudi NCA HCIS compliance knowledge
ISA 62443 standard expertise
SCADA/DCS/PLC protocol knowledge
Firewall and endpoint hardening skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with NEOM Green Hydrogen project
Strong communication across teams
Microsoft Visio and SharePoint proficiency
Lessons learned documentation skills
Vendor coordination capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10 to 15 years OT experience
At least 3 years focused on ICS cybersecurity
Project implementation experience with Saudi cyber standards
