Key Requirements

  • Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous professional experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of LEAN Tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, TPS,…)
  • Familiar with manufacturing principles, methodologies, tools and KPI’s
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability/Willingness to travel domestically
  • English language competency spoken/written
  • Experience with continuous improvement and/or Manufacturing Engineering role within the automotive industry
