Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing onsite IT infrastructure across warehouses, offices, and datacenters while providing direct support to critical business users.
The team member will handle the full asset lifecycle including installation, movement, auditing, and decommissioning of hardware and software assets.
Candidates must be prepared to provide on-call support for critical incidents and participate in Business Continuity Plan requirements outside normal business hours.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years hands-on warehouse IT experience
Microsoft Windows 11 and O365 proficiency
Asset lifecycle management and CMDB maintenance
LAN cabling and network troubleshooting skills
Vendor management and procurement coordination
Nice-to-have
ITIL service delivery concepts knowledge
PMP or Prince2 project coordination background
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
3-5 years of warehouse IT experience
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies
