Job Summary

  • Responsible for construction management of assigned projects ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, within budget, and scope while maintaining profitability goals and positive cash flow.
  • Develops and maintains strong customer and subcontractor relationships and actively participates in the local contracting community and industry organizations.
  • Champions and drives the SSA Safety Program for employees and subcontractors and ensures compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • PMP, DBIA, LEED certifications preferred
