Collin College is seeking a Program Director for Health Professions to oversee course instruction and faculty assignments related to the Associate of Applied Science in Health Professions. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, strong leadership skills, and experience in program management, particularly in dual credit and academic environments.

Job Summary
Oversee, organize, and assign faculty to instruct both the dual credit and general population courses that fall under the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Health Professions degree plan.
Assist the academic/workforce dean and the department of P-12 Partnerships in maintaining and facilitating relationships with the administration of all in-county and service area Independent School Districts (ISDs) in order to continue the expansion of the dual credit health science presence at Collin College and with current and future clinical partnerships.
Provide leadership in the promotion, evaluation and growth of all programs within the Health Professions department.
