Job Summary

  • This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit.
  • As a Responsible Engineer, you will have full responsibility for hardware development, coordinating with cross-functional teams to assure successful qualification per company and industry standards.

  • 5+ years electronics hardware development
  • Power conversion and vehicle power distribution design
  • Conducted and radiated emission requirements experience
  • Fault tolerant and high reliability systems knowledge
  • Hardware qualification per MIL-STD-1540 or DO-160

Nice-to-have

  • Graduate degree in electrical or aerospace engineering
  • 7+ years recent electronics development for space environments
  • Experience with Altium schematic capture and layout
  • LTspice circuit simulation proficiency
  • Automotive or safety-critical systems experience
  • Strong understanding of grounding and analog circuit design

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years direct experience in electronics hardware development
  • U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or refugee status required
