Takeda UK is seeking an ERP Support Analyst to provide first-level functional support for ERP solutions and drive process improvements in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate should have a background in ERP support, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, along with strong analytical and communication skills

Job Summary

  • Provide effective first-line ERP functional support in a cross-functional, international environment, receiving, logging, prioritizing, and resolving user-reported issues.
  • Analyze user needs and production issues, deliver timely day-to-day ERP support, troubleshoot incidents end-to-end, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Document and sustain processes, deliver end-user training, and support enhancements through the SDLC, including automation and analytics using tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI.
