Base: $148,800.00 - $223,200.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, employee stock purchase plan, and more

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience or related field with 5+ years experience
Advanced degree with 3+ years relevant experience
PhD preferred with 3–5 years industry experience
U.S. work authorization required for roles below Principal level
Experience in laboratory and clinical research
Knowledge of neural systems and pain mechanisms
Work Rights
