This role involves overseeing pharmaceutical care by designing and monitoring patient-specific pharmacotherapeutic regimens based on biomedical literature.
The position requires active collaboration with the healthcare team to manage medical emergencies and ensure medication safety through quality improvement activities.
Employees will serve as preceptors for pharmacy students and residents while mentoring pharmacy teammates to ensure safe and efficient workflows.

Medication therapy regimen design
Pharmacy student preceptor experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Doctorate degree from ACPE-accredited school
State pharmacy licensure or eligibility for reciprocity
Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification
Credentialing and privileging approval
No prior experience required but hospital/IV experience preferred
