The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervisors and the Director of Nursing Services.
You will participate in quality assurance programs and facility committees to improve medication administration accuracy and safety.
You must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
