This role serves as a key driver in the Workday Adaptive Planning implementation for global clients within PwC's South African Technology & Innovation Centre.
The position combines strong finance expertise with technical skills to design scalable models for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while automating manual processes.
Candidates will act as the primary expert for internal users, creating training documentation and leading continuous improvements through new features and dashboards.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years FP&A or Corporate Finance experience
Hands-on EPM/CPM tool experience or heavy FP&A end-user background
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable models
Experience mapping data from ERP and HCM systems
Nice-to-have
Power user of Excel with complex modeling skills
Understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
Curiosity about mastering Workday Adaptive Planning
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Key Requirements
3–5 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Systems Consulting
