DSP concepts: filtering, FFT, sampling theory
FPGA development and low-resource digital design
RTL design in VHDL simulation and synthesis

System Requirements Analysis
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Master’s Degree
6+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor's) or 4+ years (Master's)
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance
Proficiency in C or C++ programming
Familiarity with FPGA platforms (Xilinx, Microchip)
