Afinitas is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest Territory, responsible for enhancing market presence and managing a sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, preferably in capital equipment manufacturing, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Summary

  • Responsible for generating and managing their own pipeline with targets to grow Afinitas Equipment and Automation (E&A) market presence, margin, profits and reputation.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the E&A product line capabilities and services to establish a compelling, customer specific, value-added solution.
  • The compensation for this role will consist of a competitive base salary with a range between $95,000 - $105,000 commensurate with experience and geographical location plus high earning potential in uncapped commissions in addition to a robust benefits package.
