Base: $32.58 - $48.87 per hour; Bonus: $20,000 sign-on bonus; Benefits: Shift differentials on top of base rate

Must-have
Certified Surgical Technologist CST required
Certified Surgical First Assistant CSFA or CSA required
Basic Life Support BLS certification required
Direct surgical support in operating theater
Patient positioning and wound dressing skills
Nice-to-have
Patient focused mission driven caregiver
Experience in fast-paced environment
Graduate from accredited program preferred
Associates degree in surgical technology preferred
3 years experience in surgical services preferred
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
CST certification from NBSTSA required
CSFA, CSA, or SA-C certification required for hires after March 2025
BLS certification required
Accredited Surgical Technology or First Assist program completion required
