Job Summary
The CI Champion is a CI subject matter expert dedicated to Continuous Improvement (CI) to one or multiple PCT(s), with in-depth knowledge of the work processes and workflows within the assigned PCT(s).
The primary role of the CI Champion is to be the change agent within the plant to drive, coach, lead and support IMEx deployment and immersion as well as driving a CI culture.
Key Performance Indicators include IMEX maturity score, visible improvement aligned to site goals, and number of CI's completed.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Science or Engineering/Chemical Engineering
Greenbelt qualification in Six Sigma and/or Lean required
More than 5 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence techniques
