Job Summary

  • As a Cook at our Dining Facility, you will be responsible for preparing menu items in accordance with recipes and providing hands-on operational oversight, training, and supervision during your assigned shift.
  • Ensure compliance with KBR Policies and Procedures and the DFAC SOW, following technical manuals such as AR 30-22, DA PAM 30-22, TB MED 530 and TM 10–412-Armed Forces Recipe Service.
  • Maintain constant attention to safe work practices, promptly addressing any unsafe acts witnessed.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of directly related food services experience
  • ServSafe Food Handler at hire or completion
  • Fluency in Albanian
  • Unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo
