The Therapy Aide assists in all aspects of direct and in-direct delivery of care to patients under the direction of the Director of the Department.
Major duties include assisting the therapist with scheduling, updating referrals, transcribing schedules, and assisting with patient treatment and departmental cleaning.
The position requires assisting PT/OT in care per policy, communicating during treatment, and organizing patient/treatment areas independently.
