  • Own and lead the strategic initiatives associated with third-party facilities Service Agreement (SA) contracts across GM manufacturing and non-manufacturing locations.
  • Drive cost savings and value creation, including developing cost strategies, leading financial risk forecasts, and preparing and executing robust 3rd party collective bargaining agreement (CBA) communication negotiation strategies and sourcing decisions.
  • Champion GMS and waste elimination by using performance data, root cause analysis, and structured countermeasures during monthly KPI reviews and routine performance reviews for facilities service agreements.
