Job Summary

• Be a visible leader and architect of Kroger’s enterprise leadership development strategy, developing strong partnerships with field leaders and ensuring the Academy’s offerings are modern, relevant, and impactful.
• Responsible for managing learning platforms, building curricula for critical leadership roles, and delivering standard development experiences, while actively championing and elevating the Pearl Street Academy brand.
• Lead and develop a team of Academy Managers and Trainers, supervising and coaching direct reports, and nurturing a culture of growth, innovation, and excellence.
