  • This role is responsible for identifying and mitigating AIG's risk related to third-party claim administrators through effective control strategies.
  • The position serves as the primary escalation point for issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience regarding TPAs.
  • Candidates will lead TPA engagements to comply with Global Third-Party Risk Management Policy and drive performance remediation activities.
