Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required
  • U.S. citizenship mandatory for clearance eligibility
  • Ability to obtain interim clearance prior to start
  • Estimate fabrication tasks including labor and materials
  • Read fabrication drawings with GD&T knowledge
  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish
  • Use RAPID shop floor management system

Nice-to-have

  • Experience using 3D CAD software
  • Strong negotiation skills with customers
  • Knowledge of machining processes and plating
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of procurement constraints

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant estimating experience
  • University degree or equivalent experience required
  • Active transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to read fabrication drawings and basic GD&T
