Base: $89,400.00-$183,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Performance Based Incentive Plans; Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Disability, PTO, 401(k) match

Define North Star CX metrics
Implement VoC programs in large organizations
Translate insights into actionable recommendations

Familiarity with enterprise measurement practices
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Market Research, Service Design, Marketing or related field
7+ years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or related roles
