  • Review MEP drawings and specifications
  • Preparation of bill of material
  • Cost estimation for competitive bid
  • Knowledge of network protocols like BACnet, Modbus, OPC
  • Adherence to standard estimation process

Nice-to-have

  • Quick learner and team player
  • Keen eye for problem solving
  • Presales knowledge on Security and Fire Alarm system

Key Requirements

  • BE (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Controls system – BMS & CPM
  • Certifications on renowned PLCs and DDCs
