Job Summary

  • Support the sales and service team in servicing clients, handling and executing orders, providing commercial and logistics support, and maintaining accurate order filing records.
  • Coordinate bid security and bank guarantees application, support new customer/vendor account creation, and create orders in the in-house ERP system.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors on order payment, delivery, and after-sales support, including handling customer claim requests.
