Job Summary
Support the sales and service team in servicing clients, handling and executing orders, providing commercial and logistics support, and maintaining accurate order filing records.
Coordinate bid security and bank guarantees application, support new customer/vendor account creation, and create orders in the in-house ERP system.
Liaise with clients and vendors on order payment, delivery, and after-sales support, including handling customer claim requests.
