Base: $224,300.00 - $336,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and Long Term Incentives for Director positions; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements

  • P&L with integrated program team or CAM experience
  • Minimum 3 years supporting U.S. Government contracts
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
  • Experience in aircraft production program management
  • U.S. Citizenship required
