Base: $224,300.00 - $336,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and Long Term Incentives for Director positions; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Bachelor’s degree with 10 years related experience or Master’s with 8 years
P&L with integrated program team or CAM experience
Minimum 3 years supporting U.S. Government contracts
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
Experience in aircraft production program management
