Primarily do Business Development for Retail Advisory and pitch for new assignments, majorly in Mumbai, Pune and rest of West India.
Assist the central execution team of Retail Advisory in the delivery of the assignments by giving market feedback, leasing related inputs, targeted rents, conceptual framework of the asset under development.
Dual exposure of a client-facing role combined with guiding, supervising and helping the Retail Consulting team execute with the assignment delivery.
