Job Summary
This role serves as the financial and governance backbone for the APAC technology function of a globally recognized premium consumer brand.
The incumbent owns the end-to-end IT budget cycle including planning, accruals, cost allocation, and vendor commercial oversight across multiple markets.
The position acts as the first line of control for the portfolio, managing risk, issue escalation, and regional ICT communications before issues reach technology leadership.
