Must-have
8+ years cloud engineer experience
IAM and RBAC/PBAC management
Infrastructure as code with Terraform
Python or similar automation scripting
OAuth OIDC SAML SCIM federation protocols
SEIM tools like Splunk for log analysis
NIST 800-53 and DoD control frameworks
Nice-to-have
Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance
Experience with air-gapped classified environments
Collaboration in federal mission-driven teams
Identity governance workflow expertise
User lifecycle management skills
