The Lead Mechanical Engineer II leads investigations related to customer problems and drives to root cause, improves existing system designs and processes, and designs/develops/documents new products.
This role will offer the opportunity for engineers to refine their technical knowledge on a variety of tools for design, simulation, reliability, and tolerance analysis as well improve their ability to work cross functionality across the entire Cepheid business.

Key Requirements
