Job Summary

  • Leads the preparation of the Monthly Financial Reporting packages which is reviewed with Functional Management and/or Executive Leadership team.
  • Provides financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting support to Senior Management, with frequent interactions with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Provides leadership to Associates in all areas including: hiring, performance management and objective setting, coaching, counseling and corrective actions.
