Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, monitoring vital signs, maintaining room cleanliness, and ensuring the safety and dignity of all residents.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Follow infection control and blood exposure policies

Key Requirements
