Job Summary
This position will provide legal guidance throughout the entire lifecycle of financial products, from conceptualization to launch and maintenance.
The Product and Regulatory Counsel will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage risk, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to facilitate compliant, rapid innovation of the Company’s lending products.
Represent Legal on cross-functional teams to help design and implement financial products, identify creative solutions to unique use cases and escalated issues, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and other applicable laws, partner contracts, card brand rules, and industry best practices.
